The striped.one Terms of Engagement govern your use of the services provided by the striped.one Foundation, including our website, mobile application, events, and other related offerings. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Foundation, detailing your rights and obligations. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and consent to these terms. If you disagree, you are advised not to proceed with using our services. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on their behalf before accessing the services.
1. Applying The Golden Rule

Our mission is rooted in cultivating an environment where empathy and compassion are foundational, steering our decisions and interactions along the Karmic Path of The Golden Rule. As competent rebels, creative contrarians, and positive critics, we are clear in our intentions. By embracing constructive criticism and continuous improvement, we establish a platform that empowers the universal life philosophy of unity, thereby reinforcing purposeful living.
The Agreement
By engaging with striped.one, you (“the User”) agree to partake in our vision according to the principles outlined in the striped.one Foundation statute, including but not limited to the 5 pillars of striped.one:

- the Purpose Economy
- the striped.one’s application of the Sustainable Development Goals,
- the Leuk philosophy
- The Earth Testament
This agreement constitutes a mutual commitment to foster well-being for all, shaping a future where purposefulness and responsibility guide our decisions.
Purpose and Vision
striped.one operates under the belief that a compassionate and understanding future is not only possible but essential. Our foundation is built upon the 5 Pillars, aiming to make a difference that benefits individuals, organisations, communities, the planet and mankind as a whole. By engaging with striped.one, you commit to supporting and contributing to a future where actions and decisions are made with consideration for their broader impact.
Responsibilities of the User
As a User of striped.one, you are encouraged to be a positive critic, challenging and inspiring us to continuously improve our lifestyle and solutions to diverse challenges. Your engagement on our platform means exchanging ideas in a manner that promotes inclusivity and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. You pledge to think and act in ways that support the overarching goals of sustainability, compassion, and ethical living.

In adopting the 5 Pillars, striped.one and its users unite in the quest for transformation towards more purposeful living. This agreement underscores our joint effort to not only envision but also realize a future where compassion fuels the transformation we seek. striped.one is dedicated to providing an array of services that are deeply rooted in the commitment to fostering a purpose-driven life for individuals, organizations, and communities.
5 Pillars Promotion
At the heart of our mission, striped.one promotes a unique application of five foundational pillars: striped.one’s application of the Charter for Compassion, the purpose economy, striped.one’s application of the Sustainable Development Goals, the Leuk philosophy, and The Earth Testament. These pillars are instrumental in guiding our efforts to transition to a life centered around purpose and meaningful engagement. Through these pillars, we aim to inspire and implement a global movement that redefines success and prosperity.
Purpose Coaching Facilitation
Understanding the importance of personal guidance in the journey towards a purposeful life, striped.one offers an innovative platform that connects independent purpose coaches with clients. This service caters to a wide range of clients including individuals seeking personal transformation, organizations aiming to cultivate a purpose-driven culture, and communities looking to foster collective well-being. Our facilitation process is designed to ensure that every coaching engagement is aligned with our core principles, thereby maximizing the potential for profound transformations.
Community Empowerment
Recognizing the pivotal role of community in the pursuit of a purposeful life, striped.one is committed to creating and nurturing platforms that enable individuals to connect, share experiences, and support one another. Our initiatives include organizing workshops, seminars, and providing access to online forums where members can engage in meaningful conversations and collaborations. These platforms are built with the aim of fostering a strong, inclusive community that not only empowers people to pursue their individual purposes but also contributes to the collective well-being and advancement towards a more compassionate and sustainable world.
The services offered by striped.one are not designed for distribution or use by any individual or entity in jurisdictions or countries where such distribution or use would contravene laws or regulations, or would require us to register within such jurisdiction or country. Therefore, individuals who access the services from other locations do so by their own choice and are solely responsible for ensuring their actions comply with local laws, to the extent that such laws are applicable.
The services provided by striped.one are not customized to meet specific industry regulations (such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), meaning that if your use of the services falls under such regulations, you should not use them. Additionally, the services should not be used in any manner that would infringe upon the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Intellectual Property
striped.one holds ownership or has permission to use all intellectual property rights in our Services. This includes all the coding, databases, functionality, software, website designs, along with audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics found in the Services (“Content”), plus the trademarks, service marks, and logos within them (“Marks”).
Protection of Our Content and Marks
Our Content and Marks are safeguarded by copyright and trademark legislation, in addition to various other intellectual property rights and laws against unfair competition, both in the United States and internationally.
Usage of Content and Marks
The Content and Marks are available “AS IS” for your private, non-commercial use or for use within your business only.
Your Use of Our Services
As long as you follow these Terms, including not engaging as described in section 18. Prohibited Use,” we give you a limited, non-exclusive, cancellable license to:
- use the Services; and
- download or print parts of the Content you have proper access to, for your private use or for your organisation’s or community internal purposes only.
Other than specifically mentioned here or elsewhere in our Terms, you cannot copy, make multiple copies of, republish, upload, show in public, translate, send, distribute, sell, license, or use the Services, Content, or Marks for any commercial reasons without our explicit written approval.
To request permission for any use of Services, Content, or Marks not covered here or in other parts of our Terms, please contact us. If we allow you to post, copy, or publicly show any part of our Services or Content, you must acknowledge us as the owners or license holders and include any copyright or ownership notices when you post, copy, or display our Content.
We keep all rights not specifically granted to you to the Services, Content, and Marks.
Violating these Intellectual Property Rights is a serious violation of our Terms, immediately ending your right to use our Services.
Your Submissions and Contributions
Before you use our Services, it’s important to read this section and section 18. Prohibited Use to understand (a) the rights you grant us and (b) your responsibilities when you share content via the Services.
You must ensure your posts are your own or you have rights to them. By sharing Submissions and Contributions, you promise you’ve read our rules in section 18. Prohibited Use and won’t share anything illegal or harmful. You also give up any “moral rights” to this content, promise the content is yours or you have permission to use it, and confirm it’s not confidential.
You’re solely responsible for what you share, and you agree to cover any losses we might face because of your content if it breaks our rules, infringes on others’ rights, or breaks the law.
We might edit or remove your content: We’re not obligated to check everything shared, but we can remove or change Contributions if we think they’re problematic, without telling you. If we do, we might also suspend your account or report you to the authorities.
Submissions
When you send us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services (“Submissions”), you’re agreeing to give us all intellectual property rights in these Submissions. This means we’ll own your Submission and can use and share it freely for any legal purpose, whether it’s for business or otherwise, without having to acknowledge you or give you compensation.
Contributions
You may be invited to interact or contribute to our blogs, message boards, online forums, and other features, where you can create and share various types of content and materials with us or through the Services, like text, videos, photos, music, graphics, and more (“Contributions”). Submissions that are shared publicly will be considered Contributions too.
Be aware that other users might see your Contributions, possibly even on other websites.
By sharing Contributions, you’re giving us a wide-ranging license: This means you’re allowing us to freely use, copy, share, sell, publish, and do pretty much anything we want with your Contributions (including your name, image, and voice) across any media, for any purpose, including for business or advertising. This license is worldwide, doesn’t require us to pay you, and lasts forever.
4. User Representations
When you use the services provided by striped.one, you confirm and guarantee the following:
- The information you provide during registration is true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete;
- You will keep this information accurate and update it as needed;
- You have the legal right and agree to follow these Terms;
- You are not considered a minor where you live, or if you are, you have gotten permission from your parents to use the services;
- You will not use automated or non-human methods to access the services, such as bots or scripts;
- You will not use the services for any purpose that is illegal or not allowed; and
- Your use of the services will comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Should you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny you access to the services, now or in the future, in whole or in part.
5. User Registration
To access striped.one’s services, you might need to register. You must keep your password secret and will be held accountable for any activity under your account and password. striped.one has the authority to delete, reclaim, or modify a username you’ve chosen if we judge, at our sole discretion, that the username is unsuitable, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable.
6. Products
We strive to accurately present the colors, features, specs, and details of our products on striped.one. Yet, we can’t promise that all product descriptions will be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, or error-free, and the actual product colors and details might differ from what your screen shows. Product availability is not guaranteed, and items may run out of stock. We also reserve the right to stop selling any product at any time for any reason. Furthermore, product prices are subject to change without notice.
7. Purchases And Payment

- Bitcoin
By making purchases through the Services, you commit to providing accurate, complete, and current purchase and account details. You also agree to quickly update your account and payment information, including email, payment method, and card expiration date, enabling us to finalize your transactions and reach out to you as necessary. Sales tax will be applied to the purchase prices as we determine necessary. Prices may be adjusted at any time. All payments should be made in Euros or BTC.
You consent to pay all charges at the current prices for your purchases, along with any applicable shipping costs, and you allow us to bill your chosen payment method for these amounts when you place an order. We hold the right to adjust pricing errors, even if payment has already been requested or received.
We may reject any order made through the Services. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel the quantity of purchases per individual, household, or order. These limitations can include orders by the same customer account, payment method, or those sharing billing or shipping addresses. We reserve the authority to limit or prevent orders that seem, by our judgment, to be made by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
8. Billing And Renewal
Your subscription will automatically continue and renew unless you decide to cancel it. You agree to let us charge your payment method regularly without needing to ask for your approval each time, until you decide to cancel your subscription. Your billing period is set to monthly.
Cancellation
To cancel, please contact us. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current subscription period.
If you have any questions or concerns about our Services, please contact us.
Fee Changes
We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees occasionally. Should there be any changes to the fees, we will inform you in line with the relevant laws.
9. Mobile Application License
Use License
If you use the Services through the app, we give you a temporary, non-exclusive, non-shareable, limited permission to download and use the app on your own wireless devices. You’re also allowed to access and use the app on these devices following the specific rules of this mobile application license mentioned in these Terms. You must not:
- unless the law allows, break down, reverse engineer, take apart, try to figure out the programming code of, or unlock the app;
- change, tweak, make better, translate, or create any new versions based on the app;
- break any laws, rules, or regulations when accessing or using the app;
- delete, change, or hide any ownership notices (like copyright or trademark notices) given by us or the app’s licensors;
- use the app for making money, for business, or for anything it wasn’t meant for;
- share the app over a network or setup that lets many devices or people use it at once;
- use the app to make a product, service, or software that competes with or replaces the app;
- use the app to send automatic web searches to any site or to send unwanted business emails; or
- use any of our private information or our technology or intellectual property to make, develop, license, or distribute any tools, accessories, or devices for use with the app.
Apple and Android Devices
When you download and use the app from either the Apple Store or Google Play, the following conditions apply:
- The permission we give you to use our app is a limited right that allows you to use the app on a device that runs either Apple iOS or Android operating systems. This right must be used in line with the rules outlined in the terms of service of the App Distributor you obtained the app from.
- striped.one is responsible for providing any necessary maintenance and support for the app as stated in the Terms or as required by law. You understand that the App Distributors are not required to provide any maintenance and support services for the app.
- If the app doesn’t work as guaranteed, you can inform the relevant App Distributor. Following their policies, they may refund any money you paid for the app. Under the law, they are not required to offer any further warranty for the app.
- You confirm that (i) you are not in a country that the US government has blocked trade with or labeled as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) you are not on any US government list of banned or restricted individuals.
- You must follow any third-party terms when using the app. For example, if you are using a VoIP app, you shouldn’t break their wireless data service agreement.
- You agree and recognize that the App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries of the Terms. This means they have the right to enforce these terms against you as if they were a party to this agreement.
10. User Generated Contributions
The Services might invite you to chat, contribute to, or take part in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other activities, and might give you the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Services. This includes things like text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (together, “Contributions”). Contributions can be seen by other users of the Services and on third-party websites. Therefore, any Contributions you send could be seen as not confidential and not private. By creating or making Contributions available, you promise that:
- The making, sharing, sending, publicly showing, or performing, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions don’t and won’t break the ownership rights, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.
- You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licenses, rights, approvals, releases, and permissions to use and to let us, the Services, and other users of the Services use your Contributions in the ways thought about by the Services and these Terms.
- You have the written agreement, release, and/or permission of every single identifiable individual in your Contributions to use the name or image of every such identifiable individual to allow including and using your Contributions in any way thought about by the Services and these Terms.
- Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
- Your Contributions are not unasked for or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other types of solicitation.
- Your Contributions are not obscene, overly sexual, dirty, violent, harassing, defamatory, slanderous, or otherwise unacceptable (as we decide).
- Your Contributions do not make fun of, mock, put down, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
- Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (legally speaking) any other person and to push for violence against a specific person or group of people.
- Your Contributions do not break any law, regulation, or rule.
- Your Contributions do not break the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
- Your Contributions do not break any law about child pornography, or meant to protect the health or well-being of minors.
- Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments related to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical disability.
- Your Contributions do not in any other way break, or link to material that breaks, any part of these Terms, or any law or regulation.
Using the Services in a way that breaks the above rules violates these Terms and may lead to, among other things, the end or suspension of your right to use the Services.
11. Contribution License
When you share your content on any part of our services or link your account to our services from your social media accounts, you give us a free, unlimited, forever-lasting, non-exclusive, shareable, without any need for payment, global permission to host, use, copy, share, sell, republish, broadcast, store, perform publicly, show publicly, change, translate, send, partially use, and spread your content (this includes your images and voice) for any purpose including for business, advertising, or any other reason. We can also make changes to your content or include it in other works, and allow others to do the same. This permission is for any way your content can be used now or in the future, and it covers using your name, your company’s name, and any logos or images you provide. You give up any rights to complain about how we use your content, and you promise that you haven’t already done so.
We don’t claim to own your content. You keep full rights to your content and any legal protections it has. We’re not responsible for anything you say or show in your content on our services. You alone are responsible for your content and must not blame us for anything related to your content.
We can, if we decide, change your content, move it to a better place in our services, or even remove it at any time without telling you. We don’t have to keep an eye on your content.
12. Guidelines For Reviews
On our Services, we offer you spaces to post reviews or ratings. When you submit a review, you need to follow these rules:
- your review should be based on your own experience with the person or entity you’re reviewing;
- avoid using any harsh swear words, or language that’s abusive, racist, offensive, or hateful in your reviews;
- don’t include any discriminatory comments related to religion, race, gender, where someone comes from, their age, whether they’re married, their sexual orientation, or if they have a disability;
- stay away from mentioning any illegal activities in your reviews;
- if you have a connection to a competing business, you shouldn’t post negative reviews;
- avoid making any judgments about whether something is legal or not;
- your reviews must not include any false or misleading information; and
- don’t start a campaign to get others to post reviews, no matter if they are good or bad.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any reviews at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to check the reviews beforehand or to remove them, even if someone finds them objectionable or incorrect. The reviews posted do not necessarily reflect our views or those of our affiliates or partners, and we don’t officially support them. We’re not responsible for any review or for any legal issues, losses, or damages that might come from a review. By posting a review, you give us a continuous, non-exclusive, worldwide, free license that we can transfer or sub-license to use, change, translate, share, show, perform, and distribute all content related to your review.
13. Social Media
In using the services offered by striped.one, you have the option to connect your account with accounts you hold with other service providers (referred to as “Third-Party Accounts”). You can do this in two ways:
- by entering your login details for these Third-Party Accounts directly through our services; or
- by allowing us permission to access your Third-Party Accounts, in line with the terms and conditions you agreed to with those third-party service providers. You confirm that you have the right to share your Third-Party Account login details with us and/or let us access your Third-Party Account. This must not violate any agreements you have with the third-party service providers, require us to pay any fees, or subject us to any usage restrictions set by these providers.
When you allow us access to your Third-Party Accounts, please understand that:
- we may access, display, and save any content you have in your Third-Party Account (referred to as “Social Network Content”) to make it accessible via our services through your account, which could include, for example, your friends list; and
- we may also send to and receive additional information from your Third-Party Account, as long as you are informed when linking your account.
The personal information you share on your Third-Party Accounts, depending on your privacy settings and the Third-Party Accounts you link, may be visible through your account on our services. If a Third-Party Account becomes unavailable, or if the third-party service provider ends our access, the Social Network Content may no longer be accessible through our services. You have the option to disconnect your striped.one account from your Third-Party Accounts at any time.
PLEASE BE AWARE: Your interactions with third-party service providers, through your Third-Party Accounts, are solely governed by your agreements with them. We do not review Social Network Content for any reason, including accuracy, legality, or non-infringement, and we are not responsible for it.
You agree that we may access the email addresses and contact lists from your Third-Party Account and your mobile device or tablet for the purpose of identifying and informing you about contacts who are also using our services. You can disconnect your Third-Party Account from our services at any time by contacting us using the provided contact details or through your account settings (if applicable). We will then try to delete any data stored on our servers that was obtained via your Third-Party Account, except for your username and profile picture linked to your account.
14. Third-Party Websites And Content
The Services might include (or you might receive through our Site, App or any other way) links to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”) as well as articles, photos, text, graphics, images, music, sound, videos, information, applications, software, and other materials coming from or created by third parties (“Third-Party Content”). We do not check, monitor, or verify such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content for truthfulness, suitability, or completeness, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites reached through the Services or any Third-Party Content posted on, accessible through, or installed from the Services. This includes the content’s truthfulness, offense, views, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies in the Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content. Including, linking to, or allowing the use or installation of any Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content does not mean we approve or endorse them. If you choose to leave the Services and access the Third-Party Websites or to use or install any Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and you should know that these Terms do not apply anymore. You should check the terms and policies, including privacy and data collection practices, of any website you go to from the Services or related to any applications you use or install from the Services. Any purchases you make through Third-Party Websites will be made on other websites and from other companies, and we are not responsible for such purchases, which are solely between you and the third party. You agree and recognize that we do not support the products or services offered on Third-Party Websites and you will not hold us responsible for any damage caused by your purchase of such products or services. Moreover, you will not hold us responsible for any losses you suffer or damage caused to you in any way from any Third-Party Content or your interaction with Third-Party Websites.
15. Advertisers
We permit advertisers to show their ads and related information in specific parts of the Services, like sidebar ads or banner ads. We only offer the space for these ads, and we don’t have any further connection with the advertisers.
16. Services Management
We have the right, but not the requirement, to:
- check the Services for any breaches of these Terms;
- take suitable legal actions against anyone who, in our own judgment, breaks the law or these Terms, including but not limited to, reporting such person to the police;
- at our own choice and without any restrictions, refuse, limit access to, reduce the availability of, or turn off (as far as possible with technology) any of your Contributions or parts of them;
- at our own choice and without any restrictions, warning, or responsibility, to delete from the Services or turn off all files and content that are too large or in any way too much for our systems; and
- manage the Services in a way that protects our rights and property and ensures the Services work correctly.
17. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice And Policy
Notifications
We respect others’ rights to their own creative work. If you think that something on our Services copies your work without permission, please quickly tell our Designated Copyright Agent using the contact details given below. We will send a copy of your Notification to the person who put up or kept the work you are talking about in the Notification. It’s important to know that under federal law, you could be responsible for paying damages if you falsely claim that your work has been copied. So, if you’re not certain that the content on our Services uses your work without permission, you might want to talk to a lawyer first.
All Notifications must follow the rules of the DMCA 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) and must include these details:
- A physical or electronic signature of someone allowed to represent the owner of a copyright that might have been violated;
- a list of the specific creative works you say have been copied, or if there are many works on the Services, a list that represents all such works;
- details on the specific content you claim is copied or is being used in a way that should be stopped, along with enough information for us to find it;
- your contact information, like an address, phone number, and an email address if you have one, so we can get in touch with you;
- a statement that you truly believe that the use of the work in question hasn’t been allowed by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law; and
- a statement that says the information in your notification is correct and, under the risk of being accused of lying, that you are the person allowed to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are said to be violated.
Counter Notification
If you think that your copyright material was wrongly taken down from the Services due to an error or mistaken identity, you can send us a written Counter Notification to Armstrong & Spencer at the contact details given below. For your Counter Notification to be valid under the DMCA, it needs to include mainly the following points:
- identification of the material that was taken down or made inaccessible and the place where the material was before its removal or disabling;
- a declaration that you agree to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the area where your address is, or if your address is not in the United States, any judicial district in which striped.one is located;
- a declaration that you will accept the legal documents from the person who sent the Notification or their agent;
- your name, address, and phone number;
- a statement, under the risk of perjury, that you truly believe the material was removed or disabled by mistake or because of wrong identification of the material; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
If you submit to us a valid Counter Notification that meets the requirements listed above, we will restore your material that was removed or disabled, unless we first get a notice from the person who sent the Notification that they have started a lawsuit to prevent you from doing activities related to the material in question. Please be aware that if you significantly misrepresent that the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you could be held responsible for damages, including costs and lawyer’s fees. Sending a false Counter Notification is considered perjury.

18. Prohibited Use
You are only allowed to access or use the Services for purposes we explicitly provide.
You must not:
- Act Against Our Values: Avoid behaviors or actions that contradict our movement’s declared values and goals, as it undermines our credibility.
- Avoid Payment: Try to bypass or evade payment systems set by striped.one or third parties for fair compensation for services or content. This includes avoiding paywalls, sharing access to paid content, or unauthorized access to subscription services.
- Censorship: Taking part in or supporting actions to censor, silence, or suppress different opinions or voices within the opposition or society.
- Circumventing Restrictions and Bypassing Access Controls: Users must not engage in any actions aimed at circumventing or bypassing any restrictions, controls, or measures implemented by striped.one to regulate or limit access to the Services or the platform.
- Conspire to Discredit: Do not take part in efforts aimed at undermining or discrediting legitimate dissent within our movement or society.
- Copyright Violation and Infringement: Removing or altering copyright notices from any Content on the striped.one platform is strictly prohibited.
- Damaging Reputation: Engaging in any behavior or communication, whether publicly or privately, that, in our view, disparages, damages, or negatively affects the reputation, operational integrity, or the Services of the striped.one platform.
- Data Collection: Engaging in the collection, downloading, or aggregation of data or content from the striped.one platform without obtaining explicit written consent from us, for the purpose of creating databases, directories, or compilations.

- Distributing Spyware or Invading Privacy: Users are strictly forbidden from sending, distributing, or posting any materials that could be involved in the secretive gathering of information, including but not limited to spyware. This encompasses actions that either directly distribute spyware or indirectly contribute to privacy breaches by disseminating materials that engage in the secretive collection of information.
- Encouraging Extremism: Supporting or inciting extremist beliefs, violence, or illegal actions to achieve political goals, endangering individuals and communities.
- Engage in Collusion: Do not secretly work together with or support our competitors or those against us, as it harms our collective efforts.
- Engage in Unauthorized Intelligence: Conduct intelligence activities that infringe on the privacy or security of the striped.one platform or its users, without explicit authorization. This includes any form of intelligence gathering or operations that compromise the platform.
- Espionage Activities: Participating in espionage, cyberattacks, or other illegal activities aimed at collecting intelligence, disrupting operations, or undermining legitimate opposition efforts.
- Exploit Vulnerabilities: Do not exploit individuals or groups for personal or political benefit without truly addressing their needs or advocating for their rights.
- General Misuse: Use the striped.one services in any unauthorized manner that goes against our ethical guidelines or intended use, compromising our integrity, purpose, or ethical standards.
- Harassment: Users are prohibited from using information obtained from the Services to harass, defame, abuse, or harm another person, including but not limited to, harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any striped.one team members or agents involved in delivering any part of the Services.
- Harmful Software: Uploading or spreading viruses or other malicious software that disrupts the platform’s use.
- Hide Conflicts of Interest: Always disclose any affiliations or interests that could compromise striped.one’s impartiality.
- Ignoring Human Rights Violations: Overlooking or being indirectly involved in human rights violations committed by entities viewed as adversaries, for personal or political gain.
- Impersonation: Impersonating others, including pretending to be another user or entity, or misusing another user’s username with the intent to deceive, is strictly prohibited.
- Manipulate Information: Do not spread false information, propaganda, or censor information to wrongly influence public opinion or discredit valid opposition.
- Misrepresent Opposition: Present oneself falsely as opposing entities while secretly supporting the interests they claim to oppose.
- Misuse of Licenses, Subscriptions, and Software: Users are strictly prohibited from using agents to conduct transactions or from engaging in unauthorized activities related to the striped.one platform’s software, licenses, or subscriptions. Specifically, this includes copying, adapting, modifying, creating derivative works, sharing, transferring, selling, or distributing any licenses or subscriptions associated with the striped.one services without explicit permission. Additionally, sharing access credentials or facilitating unauthorized access to subscriber-only content is expressly forbidden. Unauthorized manipulation of software and misuse of licenses and subscriptions in any form is not permitted without prior approval from striped.one.
- Misuse of Third-Party Offerings and Services: Users are strictly forbidden from abusing, misusing, or engaging in fraudulent activities with any third-party products or services available through striped.one, including but not limited to, exploiting vulnerabilities in third-party offerings to gain unauthorized access, extract data, or conduct any harmful actions. All users are required to adhere to both striped.one’s terms and conditions as well as those of the third parties.

- Misusing Support: Users must not misuse our support services, which includes making false reports of abuse or misconduct, or misappropriating the support services of striped.one, including making false complaints.
- Overburdening: Overburden the Services or connected networks.
- Prohibited Modifications and Alterations: Users are strictly forbidden from copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Services’ software, which includes but is not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, as well as altering or creating derivative works from striped.one’s products or services without prior consent. This prohibition extends to any modifications that could affect their functionality or ethical guidelines.
- Resale of striped.one Products or Services: Unauthorized resale or distribution of striped.one’s products or services is not allowed.
- Reverse Engineering: You are expressly forbidden from engaging in any form of reverse engineering of the Services, including but not limited to decrypting, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any software that is part of the striped.one platform, unless such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
- Sabotage: Users are forbidden from engaging in actions that disrupt the operation, integrity, or security of the striped.one platform and its services. This includes, but is not limited to, causing operational disruptions by placing excessive load on the platform, engaging in or assisting with sabotage efforts aimed at damaging or disrupting the platform or its services, and avoiding any actions that harm or interfere with the genuine efforts of groups supported by striped.one through the use of false information, infiltration, or other dishonest methods.
- Security Interference: Users are prohibited from bypassing or interfering with the security measures implemented on the striped.one platform, which are designed to prevent content misuse, limit access, and protect the integrity of the Services. This includes any actions that would circumvent limitations on copying Content or otherwise compromise the security of the platform.
- Seek Unethical Gains: Refrain from accepting bribes or other inducements in exchange for compromising our movement’s principles.
- Selective Discrimination: Targeting or excluding specific individuals or groups based on unjust criteria, personal biases, or associations with certain adversaries.
- Sending harmful material: Send or introduce viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful material, or disrupt others’ enjoyment of the Services.
- Threatening behavior: Threaten or intimidate our team members or agents providing the Services.
- Tool Misuse: Employing automated tools in a way that overloads our servers or negatively impacts users.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized entry to the striped.one platform, its systems, or accounts for espionage, data theft, or service disruption.
- Unauthorized advertising: Advertise or sell goods not approved by striped.one.
- Unauthorized automation: Automate actions on the system, like sending messages or mining data, without authorization.

This includes, but is not limited to, data scraping, harvesting, or any other method that violates privacy laws or the terms and conditions of striped.one. Any attempt to gather data without consent or in contravention of applicable privacy regulations will be considered a violation of our terms and conditions.
- Unauthorized Links: Framing or linking to the striped.one platform without permission of striped.one.
- Unauthorized Representation: Claiming any endorsement or partnership with striped.one without explicit authorization is forbidden to prevent misrepresentation.
- Unauthorized Systems and Automated Access: Users are prohibited from using, developing, or distributing unauthorized systems, including but not limited to bots, scrapers, or crawlers, that access the striped.one Services. Accessing the platform with automated systems is strictly forbidden without express permission, except for standard search engine or browser use.
- Undermine Democratic Processes: Do not interfere with democratic procedures within our movement through dishonest or coercive tactics
- Use Manipulative Tactics: Avoid using psychological manipulation, coercion, or misleading tactics on either supporters or critics.
- Use of PsyOps: Utilize psychological tactics to unfairly influence or deceive striped.one users and stakeholders, including spreading misinformation or manipulating sentiments.
- Violating Privacy: Breaching the privacy, security, or safety of those involved with the opposition through unauthorized surveillance, hacking, or similar methods.
- Yield to External Pressures: Do not let governments, intelligence agencies, or other powerful groups unduly influence or control you, compromising striped.one’s independence.
- Unethical Behavior: Act against logically sound decisions, ethical impeccable behavior, or universally harmonious interactions.
- Legal Violations: Users must ensure their use of the striped.one platform fully complies with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes refraining from engaging in any activities prohibited under Dutch Criminal Law or any other relevant laws within The Netherlands, such as fraud, cybercrime, violations of intellectual property, breaches of privacy, discrimination, and hate speech. It is essential for users to adhere strictly to legal standards to ensure their actions do not violate any legal or regulatory requirements.
19. Term And Termination
The Terms will stay valid and active while you use the services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PART OF THESE TERMS, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO, AT OUR OWN CHOICE AND WITHOUT ANY WARNING OR RESPONSIBILITY, REFUSE ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES) TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON AT ALL, ESPECIALLY IF THERE’S A VIOLATION OF ANY PROMISE, GUARANTEE, OR AGREEMENT MADE IN THESE TERMS OR ANY RELEVANT LAW OR REGULATION. WE CAN END YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR REMOVE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION YOU HAVE POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE, ACCORDING TO OUR OWN JUDGMENT.
If we end or suspend your account for any reason, you are not allowed to sign up for a new account using your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you are representing the third party. Besides ending or suspending your account, we keep the right to take suitable legal steps, including but not limited to, seeking civil, criminal, and injunctive remedies.
20. Modifications And Interruptions

21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is explicitly not used. If you live in the EU and are buying as an individual, you also get the protection offered by mandatory laws of the country where you live. Both you and the striped.one Foundation agree to use the court of The Netherlands for any disputes. This means you can bring a case to protect your rights related to these Terms either in The Netherlands or in the country where you live.
22. Dispute Resolution
Informal Negotiations
To quickly solve and reduce the costs of any disagreements, problems, or claims related to these Terms (referred to individually as a “Dispute” and together as the “Disputes”) made by you or us (individually called a “Party” and together the “Parties”), both Parties will first try to settle any Dispute (except for those Disputes specifically mentioned below) in a friendly way for at least thirty (30) days before starting arbitration. This friendly negotiation starts when one Party sends a written notice to the other Party.
Binding Arbitration
If there’s a disagreement stemming from the relationships between the Parties under these Terms, it will be resolved by one arbitrator chosen according to the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration, which is part of the European Centre of Arbitration located in Strasbourg. These rules are applicable when the request for arbitration is made, and agreeing to this clause means accepting those rules. The arbitration will take place in Zeist, Netherlands. English will be the language used in the arbitration process. The laws of The Netherlands will apply.
Restrictions
The Parties agree that any arbitration will only involve the Dispute between the Parties themselves. As far as the law allows, (a) no arbitration will be combined with any other case; (b) there’s no right or authority for any Dispute to be decided as a group lawsuit or to use group lawsuit procedures; and (c) there’s no right or authority for any Dispute to be presented on behalf of the public or any other individuals.
Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration
The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not covered by the above rules about friendly negotiations and binding arbitration:
- any Disputes trying to enforce or protect, or related to the validity of, any of a Party’s intellectual property rights;
- any Dispute connected to, or resulting from, accusations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and
- any request for injunctive relief.
If this clause is considered illegal or not enforceable, then neither Party will choose to arbitrate any Dispute falling within the part of this clause that is found to be illegal or not enforceable. Such Dispute will be decided by a court with the proper authority within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to follow the personal jurisdiction of that court.
23. Corrections
The services provided by striped.one may contain mistakes in typing, incorrect details, or missing information, including errors in descriptions, prices, availability, and various other aspects. We have the authority to correct any mistakes, inaccuracies, or missing details and to update the information on the services whenever necessary, without having to inform beforehand.

The Statute, which may be updated over time, is the key foundation and shared basis for starting and running this joint venture.

The Parties agree that the Statute is essential for the management, functioning, and strategic planning of the joint venture. Therefore, all actions, decisions, and agreements related to the joint venture will be made in full agreement with the Statute’s requirements and intentions. This commitment includes following the Statute’s guidelines on ethical behavior, sustainability, compassion, and living with purpose. - Binding Effect of the Statute:
The rules, principles, and duties outlined in the Statute, along with any additions, are legally binding for the Parties in the context of the joint venture. The Parties agree to include the Statute in this Joint Venture Agreement by mentioning it, making its rules as legally binding as if they were written directly in this document. - Resolution of Conflicts:
If there are any differences, disagreements, or unclear points between this Joint Venture Agreement and the Statute, the Statute’s rules will take precedence. The Parties promise to solve any such issues in a way that best represents the Statute’s intentions, principles, and goals. - Amendment and Modification:
Any changes or updates to the Statute made after this Joint Venture Agreement is signed will automatically be part of this agreement and will be legally binding for the Parties. The Parties agree to keep up to date with any such changes and to modify their joint venture actions as needed to stay in line with the Statute. - Termination and Survival:
If this Joint Venture Agreement ends for any reason, the Parties’ responsibilities under this clause regarding following the Statute will continue as necessary to deal with any ongoing or unresolved issues in a way that agrees with the Statute.

- Data Protection and Privacy: Following the Leuk philosophy’s focus on logical, ethical, and universally beneficial actions, the Parties commit to the highest data protection and privacy standards. striped.one will handle personal data carefully, ensuring transparent, secure, and law-compliant data collection, processing, and storage. Users must provide truthful information and respect the privacy and data rights of everyone in the community.
- Contribution to Societal Well-being: The Parties understand the importance of contributing positively to society and the world. striped.one aims to use the platform to support societal well-being, sustainable development, and the common good. Users should also support these goals by engaging in respectful discussions, sharing beneficial knowledge, and joining efforts that align with the Leuk philosophy’s objectives.
- Independence and Empowerment: In keeping with the Leuk philosophy’s emphasis on independence, striped.one seeks to empower users to grow personally and professionally in a supportive environment. The platform will offer tools, resources, and opportunities for this growth. Users are encouraged to use these offerings to improve themselves and contribute to community enhancement.
- Resolution of Disputes: If disputes arise from using striped.one, the Parties will try to resolve them through open and honest communication and, if needed, mediation. The aim is to find solutions that are ethical, logical, and beneficial for everyone, focusing on mutual respect, understanding, and the greater good. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, both striped.one and the user pledge to support the Leuk psychology’s values and principles, creating an environment that is ethical, empowering, and beneficial for all members of the striped.one community and beyond.
34. Miscellaneous
These Terms, along with any rules or policies posted by us on our services or relating to our services, make up the full agreement and understanding between you and us. If we don’t act on or enforce a right or part of these Terms, it doesn’t mean we give up that right or part. These Terms are effective to the maximum extent allowed by law. We can transfer our rights and duties to others at any time. We won’t be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by things outside our reasonable control. If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that part is considered separate from these Terms and doesn’t affect the validity and enforceability of the rest. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and us through these Terms or your use of the services. You agree that these Terms won’t be interpreted against us because we wrote them.
