By engaging with the striped.one platform and its resources, users acknowledge and accept this disclaimer of liability. striped.one remains committed to its mission of promoting purposeful living and ethical action within a global community but cannot accept liability for the individual actions of purpose coaches.

Limitation of Liability

striped.one, its affiliates, partners, team members, or representatives shall not be liable for any actions taken, or omissions made, by purpose coaches in their application of the principles advocated by striped.one.

striped.one expressly disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if striped.one has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the actions or decisions of purpose coaches.

Users of the striped.one platform and its resources acknowledge and agree that they engage with purpose coaches at their own risk and are encouraged to perform due diligence before acting on any advice or guidance provided by purpose coaches.

Autonomy of Purpose Coaches

Purpose coaches are independent individuals who align with the values and principles of striped.one but act independently of the organization. Their actions, decisions, and methodologies are their own and do not reflect the official policy or position of striped.one.

striped.one provides resources and support to purpose coaches without assuming responsibility for their specific actions or interventions in their respective fields of work.

striped.one is committed to the principles of ethical conduct, sustainability, and compassion in all its activities. In alignment with these principles, we collect information from our users to enhance the usability and functionality of our services. Governing Law

This Disclaimer and the relationship between the users and striped.one shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The choice of The Netherlands as the governing law reflects our commitment to principles that align with striped.one’s mission of fostering ethical, sustainable, and compassionate community practices.

Dispute Resolution

At striped.one, we believe in resolving disputes in a manner that reflects our values of respect, compassion, and mutual understanding. Should a dispute arise from or relate to this Disclaimer or the use of the striped.one platform, we strongly encourage the parties involved to seek an amicable resolution through direct communication and negotiation. 

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, the parties agree to proceed to mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation. The mediation process will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Zeist, The Netherlands or via an online mediation platform, aiming to reach a fair and just resolution in a confidential setting. 

In the event that mediation does not result in a resolution, the dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by a reputable arbitration institution chosen by striped.one, in accordance with its rules and regulations. The arbitration shall take place in Zeist, The Netherlands, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding upon the parties, and the arbitration costs shall be shared equally by the parties involved, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise based on the circumstances of the case.

Class Action Waiver

To ensure disputes are resolved in a manner that is both efficient and reflective of our values, striped.one and the user hereby waive any right to pursue disputes on a class action basis. Any claims brought against striped.one must be on an individual basis, and the parties hereby waive any right to bring such claims as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. 

This waiver does not prevent an individual from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies that can, if the law allows, seek relief against striped.one on behalf of the individual.

Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer, or the application thereof to any person, place, or circumstance, shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remainder of this Disclaimer and such provisions as applied to other persons, places, and circumstances shall remain in full force and effect, and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated thereby.
